Step-by-step guide

Click-by-click instructions for brands, diagnosis, reports, sharing, recharge, and admin tasks.

1. Create a brand profile

  1. Open Brand profiles.
  2. Click create brand.
  3. Enter brand name.
  4. Enter official website.
  5. Fill category, market, competitors, products, and description.
  6. Save the brand.

Done when the brand appears in the saved brand list.

2. Run a diagnosis

  1. Open New diagnosis.
  2. Choose report type.
  3. Select an existing brand or create a new one.
  4. Run brand recognition.
  5. Review industry, market, aliases, competitors, and products.
  6. Add question direction.
  7. Generate question draft.
  8. Review the four TEEA stages.
  9. Remove off-topic questions.
  10. Choose platforms and rounds.
  11. Check estimated credits.
  12. Submit to the background queue.

Done when the task is visible on Dashboard or Reports.

3. Check progress

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Find the diagnosis progress section.
  3. If needed, open Reports and search by brand.

4. Open and export a report

  1. Open Reports.
  2. Find a completed report.
  3. Open it.
  4. Review overview, platform performance, competitors, question details, and actions.
  5. Export PDF, JSON, or Excel if needed.

5. Share a report

  1. Open report detail.
  2. Confirm the report is generated.
  3. Create or copy share link.
  4. Copy password or token.
  5. Test in a logged-out browser.
  6. Send link and password.

6. Recharge credits

  1. Open GEO wallet.
  2. Check available credits.
  3. Choose a recharge package.
  4. Follow the placeholder payment flow or contact admin.
  5. Confirm balance and ledger after admin confirmation.

7. Buy or renew membership

  1. Open GEO wallet.
  2. Check current membership, expiration, next grant, and auto-renew state.
  3. Choose a membership tier.
  4. Submit purchase.
  5. Confirm admin handling if payment is not connected.

8. Admin manual adjustment

  1. Open Operations > Manual adjustments.
  2. Search user.
  3. Enter positive credits to add or negative credits to correct.
  4. Write reason.
  5. Submit.
  6. Check audit logs.

9. Admin ban or unban

  1. Open Operations > User management.
  2. Search user.
  3. Click Ban.
  4. Write reason and expiration.
  5. Submit.
  6. Use Unban when the account should be restored.
