Step-by-step guide
Click-by-click instructions for brands, diagnosis, reports, sharing, recharge, and admin tasks.
1. Create a brand profile
- Open Brand profiles.
- Click create brand.
- Enter brand name.
- Enter official website.
- Fill category, market, competitors, products, and description.
- Save the brand.
Done when the brand appears in the saved brand list.
2. Run a diagnosis
- Open New diagnosis.
- Choose report type.
- Select an existing brand or create a new one.
- Run brand recognition.
- Review industry, market, aliases, competitors, and products.
- Add question direction.
- Generate question draft.
- Review the four TEEA stages.
- Remove off-topic questions.
- Choose platforms and rounds.
- Check estimated credits.
- Submit to the background queue.
Done when the task is visible on Dashboard or Reports.
3. Check progress
- Open Dashboard.
- Find the diagnosis progress section.
- If needed, open Reports and search by brand.
Status guide:

4. Open and export a report
- Open Reports.
- Find a completed report.
- Open it.
- Review overview, platform performance, competitors, question details, and actions.
- Export PDF, JSON, or Excel if needed.
5. Share a report
- Open report detail.
- Confirm the report is generated.
- Create or copy share link.
- Copy password or token.
- Test in a logged-out browser.
- Send link and password.
6. Recharge credits
- Open GEO wallet.
- Check available credits.
- Choose a recharge package.
- Follow the placeholder payment flow or contact admin.
- Confirm balance and ledger after admin confirmation.
7. Buy or renew membership
- Open GEO wallet.
- Check current membership, expiration, next grant, and auto-renew state.
- Choose a membership tier.
- Submit purchase.
- Confirm admin handling if payment is not connected.
8. Admin manual adjustment
- Open Operations > Manual adjustments.
- Search user.
- Enter positive credits to add or negative credits to correct.
- Write reason.
- Submit.
- Check audit logs.
9. Admin ban or unban
- Open Operations > User management.
- Search user.
- Click Ban.
- Write reason and expiration.
- Submit.
- Use Unban when the account should be restored.
