A menu-by-menu explanation of the current GEO Lens SaaS.
This guide explains the current SaaS navigation. It does not describe the legacy delivery portal or internal operations console.
Navigation groups

Dashboard
Use the dashboard to check account state, active diagnosis progress, recent reports, and next actions. If you leave a running diagnosis page, return here to find it again.
Brand profiles
Brand profiles store the brand name, website, market, competitors, products, and description. Create or complete a brand profile before running a diagnosis so question generation and brand recognition are more stable.
New diagnosis
Use New diagnosis to configure the report type, select or create a brand, review the generated TEEA question set, choose platforms and rounds, estimate credits, and submit the task to the background queue.
Report types:

Reports
Reports show diagnosis history, task state, report assets, exports, and share links. Public share pages are standalone pages that non-users can open with a password or access token.
GEO wallet
GEO wallet manages credits, membership, recharge orders, and ledger entries.

Operations
Administrators can manage users, membership tiers, credit packages, payment channels, manual adjustments, orders, global diagnosis tasks, and audit logs.
Key rules:
- Manual adjustments require a reason.
- User bans and unbans are audited.
- Payment channels are reserved until real callbacks are connected.
- Global diagnosis task logs are internal and should not be sent to customers.
