What is GEO Lens?

GEO Lens is a self-serve AI GEO diagnosis SaaS. It helps users create brand profiles, generate real user questions, collect AI platform answers, compute visibility metrics, and produce reports that can be viewed, shared, exported, and retested.

Is it an SEO tool?

It is not a traditional SEO rank tracker. It focuses on AI answer visibility, competitor mentions, source coverage, and recommended next actions.

Does it guarantee AI recommendations?

No. Reports provide diagnostic evidence and optimization priorities. They do not guarantee AI recommendations, search rankings, traffic, conversion, or revenue growth.

What can anonymous visitors do?

Anonymous visitors can read public docs, pricing, privacy, refund, and invoice policies, and ask the assistant public questions. Brand creation, diagnosis, orders, wallet, and private reports require login.

Account

How do I register?

Use the register entry or /en/auth/register, then verify your email and sign in.

What if I do not receive verification email?

Check spam, corporate mail filters, and whether the email address is correct. If it still fails, contact support with login email and screenshot.

What if I forgot my password?

Use /en/auth/forgot-password. Support will not ask for or manually change your password.

Credits And Pricing

What are GEO credits?

GEO credits are diagnosis usage units. Usually, 1 credit equals 1 collected AI answer.

Membership vs recharge package?

Membership grants monthly credits and controls brand and concurrency limits. Recharge packages mainly add one-time credits.

How many credits does a diagnosis use?

Estimated credits = questions x platforms x rounds

For example, 45 questions, 6 platforms, and 1 round is about 270 credits. The page estimate is the source of truth.

Paid but credits did not arrive?

Do not repeat the order. Check GEO Wallet orders and ledger, then contact support with order ID, login email, payment time, and screenshot.

Brand And Diagnosis

What should I put in a brand profile?

At minimum: brand name, website, category, market, aliases, competitors, core products, and summary.

Which competitors should I use?

Use brands that real customers compare against, not only the largest industry players.

Can I edit the question set?

Yes. Remove off-topic, duplicate, overly broad, or unrealistic questions before submitting.

Are more platforms always better?

Not always. More platforms cover more ground but cost more credits. Start smaller for trials and expand for formal reports.

What if diagnosis is stuck?

Check report lifecycle and collection progress. If it does not move for a long time, contact support with task or report link. Do not submit the same diagnosis again.

Reports

What is mention rate?

The percentage of collected AI answers that mention the target brand.

What is Top 3 rate?

The percentage of answers where the target brand appears in the top three recommendation positions.

What is source coverage?

How often answers or references include relevant sources supporting the brand.

Can I share a partially ready report?

Review internally first and explain sample gaps if sharing externally. For formal delivery, wait for recovery or metric confirmation.

How do I share a report?

Create a share link in report detail, copy both link and password, test it in a logged-out browser, then send it.

When should I retest?

After improving website pages, content, third-party references, cases, FAQ, or purchase paths. Reuse the same questions, platforms, rounds, and mode for comparability.

Privacy And Support

Can I delete data?

You can request deletion of account, brand, diagnosis, report, and share data. Orders, refunds, invoices, audit, and necessary transaction records may be retained for accounting, security, or dispute handling.

Can the assistant operate the system?

Logged-in users can ask the assistant to help create brands, prepare diagnoses, explain reports, share, export, or retest. Critical actions require confirmation and follow membership, credit, and permission limits.

How do I contact support?

Use /en/contact or email [email protected]. Paid users, beta users, and active diagnosis incidents may request WeChat group support.
