Steps:

  1. Open the report detail page.
  2. Confirm the report is generated.
  3. Create or copy the share link.
  4. Confirm password or token.
  5. Test the link in a logged-out browser.
  6. Send link and password separately.

Done when the share page opens without login and shows customer-safe content.

Scenario 6: Leave and return to a running diagnosis

If you leave the diagnosis page while it is running:

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Check active diagnosis progress.
  3. Open the task or report entry.
  4. If it is not visible there, open Reports and search by brand.

You should not need to create the diagnosis again.

Scenario 7: Retest

Goal: observe changes against a previous diagnosis.

Steps:

  1. Find the completed baseline report.
  2. Start a retest from the same brand.
  3. Reuse questions, platforms, rounds, and mode as much as possible.
  4. Run diagnosis.
  5. Compare visibility, recommendation rate, rank, and competitors.

Only call it comparable when the question and platform scope is stable.

  3. Check task state.
  4. Switch to execution logs only for internal troubleshooting.
