Role guide
What regular users, agency users, and administrators should do in GEO Lens.
Regular brand user
Regular users create brand profiles, buy membership or credits, run GEO diagnosis, view reports, share reports, and run retests later.
First-login checklist:
- Open Dashboard and check available credits.
- Create at least one brand profile.
- Complete website, market, competitors, and products.
- Open New diagnosis and review generated questions before running.
Business owner or team lead
Team leads manage multiple brands, credit usage, reports, and sharing.
Weekly checklist:
- Check active diagnosis tasks on Dashboard.
- Open completed reports and decide whether to share them.
- Check wallet balance and reserved credits.
- Decide which brand needs retest.
Agency or consultant user
Agency users create client brand profiles, design high-intent questions, generate presales or formal reports, share public report links, and keep history for retest.
Presales flow:
- Choose Presales report.
- Complete brand website, market, competitors, and services.
- Write the real customer scenario in the question direction.
- Generate and review the question set.
- Run diagnosis.
- Review the report internally before sharing.
Platform administrator
Administrators manage users, membership tiers, credit packages, payment channels, manual adjustments, orders, global diagnosis tasks, and audit logs.
Admin rules:
- User bans and unbans require clear reasons.
- Manual credit adjustments must be recorded in ledger and audit logs.
- Payment channels should not be marked available before real callbacks are connected.
- Global task logs are internal only.
