Billing model
GEO Lens uses GEO credits as the diagnosis usage unit.

questions x platforms x rounds = estimated creditsBefore a diagnosis starts, the system reserves estimated credits. After the task finishes, successful collection is settled and unused reserved credits are released.
Membership and credit packages
Membership provides monthly credits plus brand and concurrency limits. Credit packages provide one-time credits for on-demand usage.

Payment channels
WeChat Pay and Alipay may be available through ZPay in the first phase. Manual recharge is an admin-only workflow for offline payment, support compensation, or reversals. Stripe/international cards are reserved.
If a channel does not appear in the pricing or wallet page, it is not available for the current account or environment.
Payment did not arrive
Do not pay repeatedly first. Check the wallet, order status, and ledger. If the order still looks pending or abnormal, contact support with the account email, order number, payment time, and screenshot.
