Membership, credits, and limits

How logged-in users should understand membership, GEO credits, reserved credits, brand limits, concurrency, and wallet ledger records.

Use this page for questions like “why can’t I create another brand?”, “why can’t I start a diagnosis?”, and “why did my credits change?”.

Recharge packages mainly add credits. Membership tiers also change brand and concurrency limits.

Membership Limits

Membership may control:

  • Monthly GEO credits.
  • Maximum brand profiles.
  • Maximum concurrent diagnosis runs.
  • Whether the account fits agency or team usage.

Actual plans and prices are shown on the pricing page and in the logged-in GEO wallet.

Estimate Formula

Estimated credits = questions x platforms x rounds

Example:

45 questions x 6 platforms x 1 round = 270 estimated credits

The page display is the source of truth when extra modes or screenshots are enabled.

Why Actions May Be Blocked

Brand creation may be blocked by brand limits, expired login, missing brand name, account restrictions, or maintenance.

Diagnosis may be blocked by missing brand fields, empty questions, no selected platform, insufficient available credits, full concurrency, active work, or account restrictions.

The assistant can help diagnose missing requirements, but it cannot bypass system limits.

When to Contact Support

Contact support when paid credits do not arrive, reserved credits stay stuck, credits were consumed without a valid report, membership rights did not update, or order and wallet states disagree.

Provide login email, order ID, task or report link, payment screenshot, and a short description.

GEO credits, membership tiers, recharge packages, payment channels, order settlement, refunds, and invoices.
