Terms of Service

Legal terms for using GEO Lens Diagnosis, including accounts, diagnosis reports, credits, payments, sharing, and acceptable use

2026/07/02

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of GEO Lens Diagnosis, including the website, account system, brand profiles, diagnosis workflow, GEO credits, report generation, report sharing, exports, retests, and related support services.

By registering, logging in, creating a diagnosis, purchasing credits, sharing a report, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service description

GEO Lens Diagnosis provides self-serve AI search visibility diagnosis. Core capabilities may include brand profile management, diagnosis question planning, AI platform answer collection, metric computation, competitor visibility analysis, diagnosis reports, report sharing, PDF and data exports, retests, wallet records, membership benefits, and administrator-assisted recharge or support.

Diagnosis reports are generated from user-submitted information, system-generated or user-confirmed questions, selected AI platforms, configured collection providers, available references, and GEO diagnosis algorithms. Reports are business decision-support materials for visibility diagnosis, competitor observation, and optimization planning. They are not legal, financial, medical, investment, public-relations, or compliance advice.

For data sources, known limitations, and interpretation boundaries, see Report Disclaimer and Data Sources.

3. Account and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials, devices, and report passwords secure. Activities performed under your account, including diagnosis creation, payment, credit use, report sharing, exports, and administrator requests, are treated as actions authorized by that account.

If you discover unauthorized access, abnormal account activity, leaked report links, or suspected misuse, contact us promptly through Contact.

4. User-submitted content

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and authorization of brand names, domains, aliases, competitors, descriptions, product information, uploaded materials, and diagnosis questions you submit. You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, confidential without permission, or designed to abuse third-party systems.

You retain ownership of your submitted content. To provide the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process, analyze, store, display, transform, and transmit submitted content and generated diagnosis outputs as needed for diagnosis, report generation, sharing, exports, retests, support, troubleshooting, security, and compliance.

5. Diagnosis tasks and reports

When a diagnosis task starts, the system may reserve GEO credits based on the configured question count, platform count, rounds, mode, and task type. Actual settlement may depend on completed answers, external collection results, retries, partial completion, reversals, or manual administrator handling.

Diagnosis and report generation may be affected by third-party AI platform changes, collection provider availability, network conditions, model output, API limits, incomplete references, and user configuration. We may provide retry, recollection, partial report generation, report rebuild, credit release, reversal, or manual review where appropriate.

AI answers, citations, rankings, and references may change over time. You should verify important conclusions, charts, recommendations, and quoted materials against first-party information and authoritative sources before external use. You are responsible for controlling access to shared links, passwords, exported files, and downstream use of reports.

6. Credits, membership, payment, and invoices

GEO credits, membership benefits, and paid services are governed by the rules shown in the product interface and relevant public policy pages. Credits may be used for diagnosis tasks, retests, exports, report rebuilds, and other paid features. Some credits may be promotional, trial, manually granted, or otherwise non-cash-refundable.

At the current stage, some recharge and settlement flows may be handled manually by administrators. WeChat Pay, Alipay, Stripe, or other payment channels may be connected progressively. Refund and invoice handling follow Refund Policy and Invoice and Receipt Policy.

7. Report sharing and exports

Report sharing may use links, passwords, tokens, expiry periods, access counts, and status controls. Anyone with a valid link and password or access token may be able to view the corresponding shared report. You are responsible for deciding who can receive shared reports and exported files.

We may suspend or disable report sharing if a report is expired, revoked, misused, involved in a dispute, or subject to security or compliance concerns.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Attack, scan, bypass, disrupt, or interfere with the system.
  • Register accounts in bulk, abuse trial credits, or bypass billing.
  • Use the service to generate, process, distribute, or optimize unlawful or harmful content.
  • Scrape, copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute service capabilities, reports, datasets, or interfaces without authorization.
  • Impersonate others, misrepresent ownership, or infringe third-party rights.
  • Reverse engineer, overload, benchmark abusively, or interfere with diagnosis collectors, queues, APIs, or security controls.

If prohibited conduct occurs, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access, freeze related operations, revoke reports or links, reverse credits where appropriate, and reserve all rights to seek compensation or legal remedies.

9. Service changes and availability

We may update, suspend, adjust, or discontinue parts of the service due to product iteration, maintenance, security risks, third-party service changes, external incidents, regulatory requirements, or business needs. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain core diagnosis, report, wallet, and account capabilities, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and reports are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost expected profits, lost business opportunities, reputational loss, or losses caused by third-party AI platform changes, external API failures, user input errors, report misinterpretation, network issues, force majeure, or unauthorized sharing by users.

11. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be announced through page notices, in-app notifications, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use of the service after updates take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
