Account, brand, diagnosis, and report data deletion process for GEO Lens Diagnosis SaaS

Users may request deletion of account-related data including:
Orders, recharge records, refunds, reversals, and required transaction ledger entries may be retained when necessary for accounting, audit, dispute handling, and compliance.
Please contact us with your account email, requested deletion scope, and identity verification information. We will verify the relationship between the requester and the account before processing deletion.
Most requests are processed within 7 business days. Requests involving large report assets, historical diagnosis runs, backups, or financial records may take longer.
The production system performs SQLite backups. After data is deleted from the primary database, historical data in backups expires naturally according to the backup retention policy. We do not actively restore deleted data except for security incidents, legal requirements, or restore rehearsals.
After deletion, related reports, share links, retest plans, and diagnosis history may not be recoverable. Please confirm whether you need to retain or export reports before requesting deletion.
